Student Affairs and Academic Support
• Oversee admission, registration, and graduation processes within the college. • Ensure proper student academic advising and mentoring systems. • Handle student academic grievances and disciplinary issues in collaboration with departments. • Support student innovation, entrepreneurship, and technical clubs/associations.
Quality Assurance and Accreditation
• Ensure compliance with national accreditation and quality assurance standards. • Coordinate internal quality audits and continuous improvement programmes. • Develop and monitor performance indicators for academic excellence.
Strategic and Developmental Initiatives
• Lead college-level strategic planning and implementation of institutional reforms. • Initiate new academic programmes aligned with national and regional development priorities. • Oversee infrastructure expansion, digital transformation, and sustainability initiatives.
